    HOW TO USE

  • STEP ONE

    CLEAN AND DRY NOSE THOROUGHLY

    - Wash nose thoroughly
    - Dry nose completely
    - Any wetness will weaken the adhesive

  • STEP TWO

    PLACE ABOVE FLARE OF NOSTRIL

    - Peel off backing liner + place nasal strip centrally
    - Tabs either side should be just above flare of the nostril
    - Do not remove + re-stick as this will weaken adhesive
    • STEP THREE

      PRESS DOWN FOR 30 SECONDS

      - Press down firmly with 2 fingers for 30 seconds on either side of the nasal strip and the central band
      - Apply firm pressure on all surfaces of the nasal strip

    • STEP FOUR

      REMOVE SLOWLY WITH WATER

      - Loosen tab ends first +
      gently remove nasal strip whilst in shower/washing face with warm water
      - Clean nose after to avoid
      skin irritations
